For Bouygues Construction, contributing to the integration of its young recruits is a long-term commitment. Interns are a source of novelty and vitality, bringing a young, fresh perspective to a company. That's why the group recruits more than 700 interns every year and fosters their integrate through an event specifically dedicated to them.


The first edition of B READY, which took place last year, was a real success. Bouygues Construction repeated the event this year and, for this second edition, there was a tremendous response from all our interns! Their induction morning was filled with activities, both remotely and in person.  The programme included quizzes, an intro to the world of construction and its various professions, and exchanges with teams of enthusiasts.
