2021 will start, like every new year, with its own share of New Year's resolutions. Some people will opt for more exercise, others for less sugar. All will want to work remotely with more confidence. Whether chosen or imposed by the current health crisis, working remotely can have an impact on our well-being at work. This disruption to what we are used to must be supported to achieve a balance between performance and well-being.

To do this, we would first of all like you to (re)discover our ‘6 keys to working remotely with confidence’. This is the ideal way to recall in just a few minutes the best practices for setting up an efficient way of working remotely with confidence.

And what if we take things a step further in 2021?

To learn about the best practices for working remotely, Bouygues Construction University is offering training modules on ByLe@rn for employees and managers in the ‘working remotely with confidence’ dedicated area.
There are several major topics for all employees on the agenda, including:
> Arranging your workspace
> Finding your own rhythm and balance
> Maintaining your relationships with others
>Getting organised and equipped

And specifically for managers:
> Managing longdistance relationships
> Managing performance remotely

This module brings together a number of training resources in a variety of formats and teaching approaches.. In addition to advice and quizzes on the above-mentioned topics, a series of videos are available. Called ‘The day when’, they offer a playful and offbeat way of dealing with a variety of everyday remote working and remote management situations.
Go to ByLe@rn by clicking here and participate in the online training, which lasts approximately 30 minutes. As you can see - it has never been easier to keep to one of your New Year’s resolutions!
