Everything was done to make it a great event! Minorange members and their partners had the opportunity to explore the Algarve region and its breathtaking landscapes. The trip was split over two weekends to divide the 340 participants into two groups.

This trip gave me a chance to reward Minorange members for their work and the values they carry with them and radiate every day.

Rachid Kriche Secretary General of the Order of Companions of Minorange

During the trip, a working group was set up on Minorange values. Rachid Kriche also took this opportunity to present to attendees the results of their work on the development of the Minorange Guild.

Since last year, lots of thought has gone into the Minorange of 2025 and how to develop and reinvent the Guild. This raised several questions on various issues: How can we innovate on our sites? What is expected of a champion? What is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree? What is an nursery? How can it be modernised? What do we do there?

The working groups set up throughout the year gave their thoughts on these topics, which will benefit both the entire sector and the Group.

The conference also provided the first opportunity to welcome Habitat Réhabilité Minorange members, which is a new Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France entity. Their participation brought their new point of view to the group, and lead to discussions on their wide-ranging activities, such as renovation of occupied sites, wood construction, etc. Thanks to this added variety, Minorange Guild Members emerged stronger than ever!
