In 2022, Bouygues Bâtiment International celebrates its 50th birthday in a world full of uncertainty and change. In this context, it’s more important than ever to remain true to the values that have helped build our company’s reputation as a pioneer across all five continents. 

Bouygues Bâtiment International's priorities have always been health and safety, as well as compliance with ethical practices in everything it does. Acting ethically means having a positive impact on all the territories where we work. Today, the Greenlight strategy has further reinforced these commitments. 

As part of a continuous improvement process, Bouygues Bâtiment International is now evolving its ethical processes. The “Practical Guide to Ethics” centralises all the Group's processes in this area. It is available in French, English and soon in several other languages on the BYBI intranet and on the Bouygues Construction intranet. It will be updated regularly. One of the main changes introduced is that every contract signed by the company must now include an ethics clause.
