A year ago, the group published their first poster
aiming to raise awareness in male and female employees of the fight against sexist behaviour and sexual harassment in the workplace. What is the goal of this series of drawings? To generate awareness and change in behaviour, whether you are a victim or a witness
to a situation. A second poster now completes this series; it will be deployed in all Group entities, all over the world.
The awareness campaign is also accompanied by a self-assessment tool #meandyoutoo BYCN
. Already used by almost 1,000 employees, it allows each person to test their capacity to identify and react when faced with situations from everyday sexism to sexual harassment. If you’ve not taken the challenge yet, take it here
Training and awareness sessions for management committees, managers and HR teams are also regularly organised in order to support the adoption of this prevention approach. To date, almost 500 employees have attended these sessions.
